If this is being offered to you, fantastic, take the deal and be happy you landed your target.

If this is what you want to propose then get ready to offer more. Most are down on Cobb and don't value him as more than a mid-2nd, maybe early 2nd depending on the owner. I doubt this would be accepted. But it's not a bad place to start.
