Word on the street is Smallwood might be PHI starting RB. Depends if you are contending though. I would keep McFadden if contending. He will give you a good boost if Zeke is out.

Despite conflicting reports about Smallwood, I have to believe that if Blount is not the starter then there's a good chance that the starter isn't even on their roster at this time. I could see Ingram still being moved to Philly. Smallwood is not the answer.

All those eagles RBs are pretty bad. I'm avoiding all of them.

Smallwood might never do anything. I expect Sproles to lead the backfield in touches regardless. Blount should get the short yardage work at least. Smallwood won't do anything noteworthy this year and I don't think he has the upside to do much in the future. He's more of a JAG who when given the opportunity would probably produce, but that opportunity will probably take multiple injuries. McFadden will at least give you 6 weeks of RB1 numbers. That has pretty good value for any contender. I'd take McFadden.

For your team, I'd sell DMC for whatever you can get. If Smallwood is the best you can do, then go for it. But make sure you shop him around first.
