That would be an overpay for the 1.07, but probably not enough for both. I think it would be a reasonable starting offer for the 1.04, so I'd start there.

I guess I'm in the minority, but it seems fair to me. I'm not particularly high on JMatt or Doctson, but I'm also not too keen on the rookies going in the 1.04-1.07 range. If someone reached on McCaffrey or Cook and one of the top 3 rookies fell, I'd consider moving that package for the 1.04. Otherwise, I'd just hold.

Send the offer as is. It's not insulting, so aim high and see what he says. He may counter with just the 1.04 and you'll have a decision to make. I definitely would not trade all that just for the 1.07, some people in this thread have gone too far with the rookie fever.
