I don't like him, but diggs seems to have a lot of value. I'd counter with 1.7 +diggs for 1.5. then I'd try to move from 7 to 4

Diggs to me is just a guy. I am not targeting him.....and I don't think he closes the Gap from pick 7 to Pick 5 there is a big drop in talent from pick 5 to pick 6.
I also don't think the guy that has Pick 4 would move to Pick 7 without a huge offer being made.
But If he was willing to take Diggs to move from 4 to 7 then I would trade for Diggs and move from 5 to 7 and turn around and retrade Diggs and grab pick 4 and move up one spot for free.
