I'm trying to figure out who's picks to target in hopes of getting an early 1st next year. I've ordered them roughly on how I project them, but it's hard to tease out my emotions in stuff like this so I would like more input.

Rey is Bae is in complete rebuild and has a bunch of 1st already, and he knows his pick is most likely to be 1.01 so no luck getting his, but maybe 1.02-04 is still available.

1. Hamsters
2. Warriors
3. Hamsters
4. Rats
5. Vandalay
6. Ertz (Zeke's fate could make or break this spot)
7.Hired Guns
8.Mike Mar
9.Smitty
10.W&G

12. Rey is Bae

My rankings for 2017 only:
Tier 1
1. Vandalay - The huge advantage by having the top 2 RBs outweighs the slightly-below-average WRs. In your chart, I'd be moving Pryor up in his team WR rankings.

Tier 2
2. Shady - Opposite of Vandalay, where his huge advantage at WR helps to offset a dicey set of RBs.
3. Ertz - Above average at every position except TE, where he's "only" average.
4. American Dragons - Solid all around
5. Warriors - Depth isn't great, but good health from his starters should carry him. Slightly below average at QB.

Tier 3
6. Hamsters - TEs are dreadful. Main advantage is at QB.
7. Rats - Questionable starters at QB and TE.

Tier 4
8. W&G - Flexing a TE most weeks. Usually not an optimal strategy. Also full of questions at RB.
9. Smitty - Good WRs, but meh to the rest.
10. MikeMar - Only above average at TE.

Tier 5
11. Hired Guns - Slightly above average at WR and TE, but those RBs...

Tier 6
12. Rey is Bae - This team looks like a virtual lock for 1.01
