Sell McCoy and Rebuild or try to compete?

10 team NON PPR draft. Teams never seems to pull together. What pieced would you look to sell if voting for a rebuild.

11th year, here are my "stats"

Playoff Record: 6-9 (6 teams make playoffs each year)

Championship appearances: 1

I think you're close to competing. QB and TE are set, RB is okay, you're just very shallow at WR. I'd look to retool by cashing out on both Lynch and McCoy to score you either future firsts or solid young WRs. Jimmy Graham is another trade candidate in a rebuild and I'd look to move him ASAP if you decide to go that route.

I don't really think you're very close to competing in a 10 team league. I'd look to move McCoy for a future 1st and maybe another young player with upside. Lynch would also be a sell for me, along with trying to move Murray to the Cook owner.

If this were a 12 or 14 team league I'd say your close. But you need a big upgrade at WR. Mathews doesn't cut it.

I'd be selling Mccoy, Lynch, Murray, Gore and maybe Graham .

With that roster in a 10 teamer it's time for a rebuild. I'd hold onto McCoy unless someone makes a great offer to you. During the season if someone's Rb gets hurt McCoy will have much more value to a competing team

I was offered a 2017 1st (we draft in a few weeks) for McCoy. I got McCoy last year for Cobb and my 2nd this year. Seems like the majority are saying rebuild. Is a 1st enough or would you try to get more?

Also I have the 1.02 this year and thinking Cook or Mixon if that changes anyone's thoughts

Rebuild. Sell McCoy. I'd ask for another upside piece on top of the 1st. I'd sell pretty much anyone except Hopkins. Build around him and the 1.02.

I was leaning davis, since he probably has a longer shelf life, but if I get Sammy and or Landry, may opt for Mixon. Thoughts? Still go Davis or jump on Mixon. Remember, NON PPR
