L.Miller for Engram?

I have a rebuild team and had a good draft:
1.02-Mc Caffery, 1.04-Mixon, 1.11-Engram, 1.15 Mike Williams (I traded 2.05 & 2.06 when he fell), 3.03 Godwin (traded a 2018 2nd for this pick), 3.05 Shaheen, 3.12 Peterman.

Was offered Lamar Miller for Engram. Value seems right and I can start 3 or 4 rb.

He is going with Murray and Crowell at RB and Evans, Crowder and Tate at WR. He has Ertz and Z.Miller at TE. Bench guys are Miller, Britt, T,Austin.

I suppose I can counter with him adding one of those WR's? Maybe ask for a 2018 3rd (would be late)?

Is it worth it?

Miller is headed downhill fast but the value seems right. He's worth a late rd 1 which is where Engram seems to go.

I'd counter with Engram for a 2018 1st. I want nothing to do with Lamar Miller in a rebuild situation. Unless you can flip Miller for something better than Engram, I'd sit tight or push for that 1st and maybe even a 1st/3rd since he's getting a 1st round player in Engram.

I think the Miller hate in this thread has gone a little too far, but the crux of this post is right. You're in a rebuild. You don't need an RB2 who will be either a fringe roster player or out of the NFL when you're ready to compete. I do think that Engram is a pretty low price, so if you could flip for more I'd do that, but otherwise a 2018 first is safer.
