Roster Cuts?

I still have until the Monday before the regular season starts but need to cut 4 players from team 1 and 3 players from team 2. I will wait until the last minute to see if anything changes but this is what I am thinking:

Team 1:
1. RG3
2. Romo
3. Quick
4. T. Burton

Only question here is should I keep Burton or Quick instead of DeAngelo (still think he may come back to or possibly sign with Dallas), Draughn or Megatron (figured the flyer was worth it just in case)?

Team 2:
1. Peyton Barber
2. Kearse
3. DGB

This one is harder. Same thing on Megatron as above (the smallest chance of his return is worth the roster spot). In a 16 team league I am more concerned about the QB. Not sure Bearthard is worth the stash. I might be able to get a better prospective QB in the draft next year or after others make their cuts. Also not sure that Toussaint is worth the hold for Bell handcuff and if its time to let go of Smelter.

Appreciate your thoughts - bottom of the roster decisions are fun. I have made the wrong choice sooooo many times.

Cut Romo, Megatron (He is done), RG3, S.Draughn (find someone better than the 5th back in NYG), Burton and Gathers (you don't need 4 TE), C.Conley
Hang onto Quick (lottery tix)

Team 2:
Cut Megatron, Burton, Gathers, Beathard (3rd QB on 49ers? You can find a better dev player on waivers - go with the NYG or New Orleans QBs, or Steelers, or Vikings #3QBs)
