Postby Chrisbnz1 » Wed Aug 16, 2017 8:05 am

One owner in our league put OBJ on the block, and traded him away.

The poll has the 4 firm offers I know where made. Lets see if the consensus matches reality.

I am Interested in the general feedback on the best trade, I'm interested in the general opinion of the order of value 1st to 5th as well if anyone has time

This is a deep 0.5 PPR Superflex league and the team trading away OBJ has no QBs (Kaep, Savage, Kessler,Peterman)

I would have voted OBJ, but selected one of the other options because it seemed that's what you wanted with the way the question was worded. Order: Same order as listed in poll.

OBJ is worth more than all that, but in terms of the best offer, I'd go with the Hopkins one.

When are you going to let us know which one he took?

Offers 2 and 3 aren't bad, but I probably would have kept OBJ.

The owner went with Option 5! The worst of the lot.

Thanks for the feedback

Yes you are correct, No 5 was the winner.

I appreciate the feedback. Just reinforces the general disbelief in the league

Tbh I could see any of these offers being accepted, depending on how the owner viewed OBJ and the other parts.

I would easily move OBJ for Hopkins+first, so also getting more would make my life easy. I am sure he could have negotiated something with or better than Palmer.

I really also don't see the problem with taking the 4th option. While it may be below DLF's market value, in many leagues people are not giving up 4-5 firsts of value for one single player. He got 3-4 firsts of value, who all the have chance to increase significantly, they also have the chance to be worth zero. If his team is far from competing, maybe getting 3 young assets looked favourable to him.

To echo others none of these offers should have been enough for OBJ. I see a decent margin between even the best offer. That said, I'd order them from best to worst thusly: 3, 2, 5, 4 with 4 being absolute garbage
