Im late to the party, but IMO if you are relying on Eddie Lacy to be your RB3, you are already thin at RB. I would have made this trade as well. There are a lot of RB mouths to feed in Seattle....Lacy, Rawls, Prosise, and now Chris Carson. To me Lacy (and Rawls too) are luxuries. If they are your RB4 or 5, and you can afford to spend a roster spot hoping that the one you have is the one who wins the lead back job, then you keep them. Otherwise, you pray someone offers you 3 high 2nd round picks for him.

It's a decent haul for eddie but I'd keep him based on your bench and if he could fetch more value mid season.
