12 team standard dynasty league...fairly stacked team with win now attitude (A Rodgers, Garroppolo, David Johnson, L Miller, Gurley, Dez Bryant, A Cooper, D Parker, Moncrief, K Allen, G Tate, M Bryant, A Robinson, Kelce, Seattle defense) and three first round picks in the Aug 27 draft, 1.05, 1.07 and 1.08.

What is a fair price to offer for Jordy Nelson, was thinking 1.08 and Golden Tate. J Nelson owner is rebuilding and has 1st pick after 2-10-1 season.

I wouldn't do it for anything less than your 1.5 and either Parker or Bryant. As a rebuilding team I doubt he would have much interest in Tate and the lesser of your two draft choices.

1.5 and parker or bryant seems like an incredible overpay. 8 and tate is more than enough though I'd have no interest in tate if I was rebuilding.

I agree that the 1.05 and parker is fair value for jordy. I would do that if I was you.

Parker is just a guy with a name. Why don't you offer ur middle 1st rounder with Parker and go from there

Ummmmmmm no. As a guy who traded Jordy last tradedeadline for the 1.09 straight up (before his strong finish to the season) I was under the impression it was one of the last chances to get a 1st for Jordy. Addmittedly I undersold a bit, but there's no way I'm giving up a top 5 pick and a decent high upside prospect for the 31 year old. There's no way anyone is telling me that Jordy's best days are in front of him. Don't pay for past production!! Better to sell a year early than a year late anyways. It's possible he balls out until age 35 or so like Reggie Wayne did but I would rather bet on Father Time.

I wouldn't be paying the 1.05 for Jordy either. I think the 1.08 is a good start.

Any reason why you're going for Jordy in the first place? I'd rather package the 1.07 and 1.08 and move into the top 4. You already have the 1.05, so having two top 5 picks in this year's draft will help your team continue to stay young and dominant.

Was thinking something similar. You don't really need Jordy.

I'd start with just the 1.08 OR Parker, personally, and hope the Owner is caught up in Rookie Fever or thinks Parker can reach his potential.

I'd see what he's interested in for jordy. Maybe he likes a guy like martavis which u could dump. I always hate overspending offers off the bat. U never know what he might settle for

Jordy is probably one of the most difficult players to trade or trade for right now. He gives you top 10 WR production, but he's 31, so people aren't going to pay for him like he's top 10....

I'd say you're in a pretty good position to make a move for him and not bat an eye or risk much... I'd say offer the 1.8 and see what he says...

Of course with your team, you are in a position to keep the 1.8 and draft Mike Williams, as he will fall to you and you can afford to wait for him to get healthy and produce like the 1st round WR he is...

Good question. It's an interesting league I am in in which few owners understand that the fun of a Dynasty League is that, among other things, it is a 12 month commitment. I had the following trade offer out to the owner of the #4 pick in the draft FOR TWO MONTHS...finally pulled the offer because I got no response; 1.08 plus Keenan Allen for 1.04. That is an offer that deserves, at minumum a rejection if not a counter offer or immediate acceptance. The team I would be getting Jordy from is one that will at least give me a response...

Also, I laid an egg in the playoffs last year because of my WR's. Jordy is a proven point getter. I can count on him at playoff time.....I'm not sure I would give up 1.07 and 1.08 for 1.04 because of the players I have targeted at those two slots.

Not sure about Williams...When I think of Williams I see Kevin White....you are right, it is a good spot to take a risk...I think the risk is not worth taking....

that is why I started with 1.08....no matter the offer, the other side will always try to get more...since he knows I have three 1st round picks, that is exactly what he will do. giving up Martavus and #8 would work as well.
