Landry Value Comps

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Landry Value Comps

Postby bigbuck22 » Sun Aug 06, 2017 8:26 pm

I am pretty Miami heavy which is not ideal but now with Tannehill out it complicates things more. There is definitely speculatation out there that perhaps Parker sees a bit of a spike with Cutler pushing the ball down field and that Landry could fall off a tad. There may be some truth to that. Landry is currently scheduled to be a FA next year which might increase his value but also drop it. Who knows...
With that in mind, I'm considering putting him on the block. ObviouslyADP is handy in this situation but I also wanted the board's take... What players carry similar value to Landry and would be useful to my roster?

Now would not be the time to sell him if you think his value is impacted by Cutler.

You can view start-up results and see his ADP. Check dynasty and ppr ranking sites. But if your looking for the most bang for your buck I'd go to the team that is very WR needy or maybe a high projected first and see what they have that interests you.

This. Everyone else has the same information. Landry was already tough to sell at his ADP, now you're trying to sell him with everyone else aware of his iffy QB situation/contract? Good luck getting anything close to fair value. You'd likely have to sell at a deep discount right now, your window to sell him likely passed

Cutler is infamous for locking on to guys. Royal, Marshall.....Landry is a little bit of both. He'll be a strong wr2

I thought the same thing as this. You just have to hope that Landry is the guy he has confidence in.

I agree. Even more reason not to sell, especially if it's at a discount.
