Snead will literally never start for you and at this point he is mostly just a hype guy who's had decent years in the past but who everyone is valuing as if he is about to become a guaranteed WR-2. Everything I've heard has Martavis being completely cleaned up. He is much more talented than Snead. I'd much rather take my chances on Martavis who has higher upside whether it be with Pitt for a few more years or if he goes somewhere else to become a team's WR-1. But like everyone has said, I would send either to get it done.
