I own both and that's tough. I feel cooks is much safer and underrated but Sammy upside is tremendous. Probably go with cooks only bc if Sammy gets hurt again no one will want to touch him. Talent sammy though.

This is dead on. I have them ranked similarly in value, but while Cooks may be safer and might be easier to trade in the future if he doesn't live up to expectations, Watkins has a higher ceiling but feels like an injury away from retirement.
