Who should I get rid off?

Need to get my squad down from 31 to 24, so who should I drop, or try to get something for in a trade? Submitting my whole squad, even if I know that I shouldn't dump Julio or Carr :D
League rules: 12 team, PPR 0,5P - TE 1,0P/Pass TD 4pts/Rush TD 6pts, 24 Roster Spots.

Mike Davis, Hillman, Darkwa and Zenner are immediate cuts for me. I also wouldnt have a problem cutting Floyd. I know its a superflex, but I would also probably let go of Kaepernick. After that, I would choose between McDonald/Inman/Kelly.

I'd swap out Cook for Inman and then the rest of this list looks right to me.
