Get Zeke or stick with Cooper

Team in sig 1. So the team owner of Zeke said he would be interested in a trade involving Cooper for Zeke. This is just early talks, but I'm sure I will have to add something to Cooper. My question is that I really like having 4 elite WRs and think my rb group is good. Should I consider trading Cooper for Zeke or stay put? Not worried about value at this moment, more in what makes sense for my team.

There's no real reason you need Elliot as your rbs are quite good, but it depends on what he wants with cooper for Elliot. If it's not too much, getting Elliot will upgrade your team, or you can flip him for more later

I think it depends on how much you have to add, but as of right now you aren't even starting Cooper outside of injuries and byes. I think adding Zeke will make your starting lineup much better. If it brings you that much closer to a championship, then it is worth it, regardless of value.

I'd look to add Bell or DJ instead if you're moving Cooper. They'll give you more of a weekly advantage and have a similar-ish cost

Agree with this. There are only 3 elite RBS right now. I tried giving Evans and a late first for Zeke and I couldn't get it done.

Personally I would keep cooper and look to maybe offer gurley + for zeke. or maybe McCoy...see if that is an interest

Obviously depends on what you're adding to Cooper, but judging by your handle, you're not going to want to add much and I don't see this going anywhere.

This isn't realistic though. Judging by your name, I think it's safe to say you're higher on Cooper than most. lol

You could probably add all of those and still not bridge the gap.

Realize that Cooper's value right now is as an elite WR but is absent the production of an elite WR so that value is on his upside. Consider other WRs like Hopkins or ARob who this time a year ago were considered elite but then had down seasons. This could just as easily happen to Cooper. Zeke's value is based on him already demonstrating that he is an elite RB and one of a select few.

I would not be using ADP to try to justify what is in reality a sizable gap between the two players. It is very reasonable to expect at least a 1st round pick in addition to Cooper to give up Zeke.

I don't think you need Zeke but he gives your backfield more security. Judgment call but you need to be more realistic.

I thought you said you weren't worried about value. Haha. Offer him Cooper and your 2018 1st. It's most likely gonna be late. Zeke could be the difference between a near miss and a championship.
