I've been given a blank check to trade LeVeon... What would YOU do?

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

I'd ask for Dez Bryant, Jarvis Landry, 2017 1st & 2nd round, 2018 1st round. Maybe throw in Doug Martin in replace of the 2018 first round. I could also see where you'd benefit from adding a QB to your roster.

Dez Bryant or Jordy Nelson are the most obvious pass catchers to get in a non-ppr league. Their touchdown upside is higher than TY or Jarvis.

Me personally, I'm of the opinion many of you are...

Right now, I'm pretty set at RB, and with the 1.01, Fournette has been my target for 2 years now... Getting him addresses my depth issue at the position... Going forward, long term, I should be set with Bell, Fournette and Gurley for a solid 1-2-3 punch... Crowell is my wild card... So, I really like where I'm at...

My WR situation is nice also... I've got a nice mix of youth with Hopkins, Watkins, etc... and some vets that should still have a few solid years of prime left with Jones, Gronk, etc...

In my eyes, my biggest NEED is to have something serviceable behind Cam... I can address this in the drafts this year and next... Smith isn't a great option by any means, but he buys me a year (or should)...

So, trading away Bell (a known commodity) for draft picks (unknown commodities) doesn't interest me at all... of course I would require at least 2 1st rounders in return, but it's gonna take more for me to even have the temptation to consider it... So, now we're talking about what veterans would it require... Well, he's so thin at RB, he's not going to come off of them (in my opinion) or it would make no sense for him... Trading Bell, thins me out at RB, even if I draft Fournette... Now, if I were to draft another RB at 1.03, I guess that addresses my depth issue, but both are still unknown commodities... So that leaves me insisting on Wilson, TY and Jordy, plus the 1.03, 2.03 and the 2018 1st... And even then, I just don't like it... Wilson is a backup for me, and while I love his game, I can't play 2 QBs... yes it fills a need, but doesn't do anything to address what I lose with Bell... TY is nice, and I can't rain on his game much, but I don't feel he's a top 15 WR (his production is definitely tied heavily Luck)... and Jordy is old...

And even with all that, I just don't think I could bring myself to pull the trigger... and if I did, I don't think I walk away feeling real good about it...

You lost me at Bell being "the most stable asset in dynasty."

I'd only do it for something ridiculous like 1.03, dez, TY and a 2nd. It would have to be obviously wayy in your favour to consider it in this situation. His main pieces don't help you that much.

A big question? Who would you want at the 1.3?
Mixon?
Hope Davis falls?
Who are you taking at the 1.1?

I think that's a key question to the scenarios everyone is writing above. If you have a guy you really want, then wait until the 1.03 is OTC to strike and ensure you get exactly what you want when trading Bell.

Not a fan of Mixon, so I'd probably pass on him at 3... just too much baggage for me (ironic in a Bell discussion, eh? lol)... I'm pretty locked into Fournette at 1.01, and would like to see Davis at 3 if I had that pick as well... if he's not there, I'd probably be looking at the 2nd best RB which is a debate in it's own right, and one I'd have to think about hard cause I like a few...

To be clear, I really can't fathom any combination that gets me to pull the trigger here.. I just thought it would be a fun thing to see what people would do with a blank check and the roster I had to choose from...

Your most stable asset does struggle to complete a season start to fiish...which must be annoying! But you are right...there is little chance this guy can put together a decent package for Bell. Did he earn the 1.03? I would def want the 2018 included in any deal because it will give you a chance of a QB in next years draft. Staying put is probably the best idea....I would be scared he would accept any over the top offer I countered with.

Not a big fan of owners using this "blank check" approach.....basically he is trying to get you to set the market for an asset that you didnt want to sell in the first place. Be careful he doesn't try to mind trick you into thinking you are getting some great deal because you responded too low......my advice tell him make his best offer for a top 3 dyno RB...

I disagree that theres nothing here for you to do.

So, his team is solid but not great...take the studs he has and make sure to also get his 2018. By taking his studs, you might be able to position him for a top 3 or 4 pick next year. Its a risk and you would be taking the long route to improving your team, but, I think its a fantasy move that keeps a team strong.

Looking at his team again and considering he has the 1.03, this may not work...oh well. If it does, you have to be creative. Ignore this, haha

No. Nothing. No way. He could overpay but then you will have to overpay to replace him.
