I get you wouldn't drop Tanny for any of those guys but why in the hell are you carrying 3 QBs in a 1QB league? I would move him and a small piece for a slight upgrade somewhere else or maybe to get a 2018 pick back. Then go pick up a Jones or Williams

In my league we have 24 active roster spots with 4 taxi spots for rookies only...in that kind of scenario Davis is worth an add I think. Not sure he's worth it if you don't have similar taxi setup or deeper rosters.

Josh Reynolds went in the first round (1.09) of a recent draft I did (LOL). With that being said, I wouldn't bother picking him up off of waivers.
I'd add Jones before any of the others. I like Davis, but he is probably a ways from producing with all of the other options in Washington. He's on my waiver wire, but I'll probably leave him there until he starts to do something or I clear a roster spot for him.
