I'd think you could take out the first, but my guess is that won't fly with the other owner

Walk away. It's not worth discussing. After Gurley gains 60 yards in the first two games, then try for him...you held Allen this long I wouldn't trade him yet.

my gut said take out first as well... after week 1, when keenan puts up 9 catches for 130 yards and prob a score, and gurley barley gets 50, see how this trade looks then.... I do think gurley will bounce back this year and I think he is a great buy low player... but this isn't really buying low IMO. I have a feeling keenan finally gets through most of the year and is a top 10 WR

you can't just wait for a couple weeks. KA has Denver week 1 and Gurley has Colts week 1. If that goes how you expect it will take a few more weeks before Gurley comes back to earth and KA has a few good weeks.

In general it's an overpay but i'm not sure if by a 1st or 2nd

Both players are overrated but should still be close in value. Both picks is way too much. On value the gap should only be the second round pick.
If you can't leave at least a 20% tip, you can't afford to eat out.

Does Gurley lock you into a playoff spot or an odds on favorite ?

If not you could be trading away a back that's nearly an equal to Gurley next year in Guice or Barkley or a rejuvenated Chubb plus Allen. I would not do any more than the 2nd plus Keenan. both are coming off underwhelming seasons and need to prove they are back near what they once were. No need to overpay for a question mark
