This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

I prefer Cousins to Bortles, but not sure getting Palmer for Parker is the way to go in a rebuild... not to mention you're moving back 3 spots. I prefer the 1.5 side by a fair bit in all situations except maybe if you were competing. Parker as your WR4(flex) is a solid start at rebuilding imo.

Run to take this. Cousins is by far the most valuable piece. With your other picks and getting Palmer as well, you are a playoff team this year.

It's pretty fair. I think I would lean Bortles side though. I expect a bounce back from him this year. Having Cook/CMC and Parker also gives you needed depth in this league.

Palmer doesn't have much left in the tank. 1.05 to 1.8 is bigger than Cousins to bortles. This guy doesn't want 1.5.........He wants to sell high buy low and move Palmer before for value before it's too late. Tell him if he wants in the top 5 he needs to bring more. Tell him 1.6.

Side note I would be moving some of those picks for a young qb

I would see if you can go from Bortles to Cousin with a 1.6 for 1.8 offer. I am not a Bortles person but realized with those picks you completely change this team. Even more so in a 16 team. As well I assume that 1.02 or 1.03 will be used on a QB. If Watson doesn't go 1st.

It comes down to whether you think Cousins is legit. I think Cousins will be a fantasy QB1 for the foreseeable future (top-5 elite fantasy QB if he goes to SF after this year and reunites with Shanahan), and I think Bortles will be a backup QB on some mediocre team very soon. The drop from 1.05 to 1.08 isn't a big deal, and Parker > Palmer, but I'd eat that to get Cousins.

I don't mind that deal, but I would work to swap out Perriman for Parker.

With Bree's already on the roster why would you trade for 2 more lesser QBs and move back 3 spots? Yes cousins is better than Bortles but why in the hell would you go after a retiring Palmer? This makes zero sense

Palmer is at the end. Bortles isn't a great NFL QB but puts up fine fantasy stats and Cousins is only a modest upgrade. Moving from 1.05 to 1.08 is a bigger drop than I'd want to make much less give up Parker (and he's not any better than a WR3)
If you can't leave at least a 20% tip, you can't afford to eat out.

Bortles, Parker, 1.05

Cousins, Palmer, 1.08
Keep Bortles and Parker and wait it out for another year or so. Getting Palmer seems like a waste since I don't think you'll be competing. If I were in your shoes I'd try to trade back from 1.05 and get Mahomes later in the 1st with a little added. Wait for him, Henry, and your other players to mature and develop and you'll be good to go in a couple years. glgl
