I have 8, 3 non-contained. Don't take any shots or pills. Not trying to take away from your injury but with the shots you no doubt need a regular pain specialist for your injuries and regular shots, and not playing professional football to make your money. I manage mine but I'm not getting hit by freight trains 6 months out of the year. It's concerning they said he masked the injury during the combine. He could come back healthy and have a great career, it could be the beginning of the end. I want to see him get through one practice before I would feel ok spending any significant capital on him.

Would trade back I'd I could but no takers I'm going hunt. Good balance and vision, possible 3 down back. I'll take that over a TE prospect
Thats true I can't compare to playing in the NFL but I work at Walmart Distribution center lifting 100lb boxes 12 hours a day , I get my shots and see pain management the herniated discs in the back don't bother me much with the shots or RF treatments burning my nerves , The neck does hurt with the leaking discs pressing on my spine and pinching the neck nerves though , I'm on some strong pain killers to though

Pretty favorable for only three options so far after 31 votes. I sent out a few offers to trade down 1.7-1.9 and get an extra 2nd. Got until Saturday afternoon, hoping I can swing a trade down and get an extra pick to help boost my IDPs.

I wasn't drafting before the news and not after... I love some OJ... but I don't think you can go wrong with hunt. I would try to trade back though

This - literally. I'm a clinical pharmacist at a hospital in phoenix and deal with pain consults regularly. I can tell you that these spine issues he's dealing with are VERY concerning. Basic daily living is super manageable especially with his young age, but getting hit by 200 lb players running a 4.5 40 speed is not daily living haha. This Williams terrifies me. Tyrell on the other hand has shown huge promise, and if he does it for another year - I don't see the bolts forcing Mike into any role to risk their 1.07 pick, his situation is sketch. That said, I feel like with your team you could do anything you want so go for it haha.

It is still Williams for me pretty easily. There are recent studies that pop up on google with a quick search that say athletes who undergo this surgery aren't likely to have issues later (one example). So even if he has the surgery (which is worst case scenario, and according to more recent reports is no longer being considered) he gets a RS year and has no long-term issues.

Howard then kamara are the 2 best talents. I'd go that route.

Ended up trading back. Accepted an offer to move back 2 spots to 1.8 and I got 2.10 as well. Will look to use 2.10 on one of the top IDPs in the draft depending who is available.

I think the poll results are pretty telling. With the favorable TE format you have, OJ Howard is the first choice, then Mike Williams. If they are gone, then trade back.

Jamal Adams is target #1. If Adams isn't available then I'll look to LB with either Foster or Davis. I traded away quite a few IDPs, though most were older vets so not a bad time to reload with this class. I plan on using all my non first rounders on IDPs since I am getting four offensive guys in round 1.

I may look to trade back again to 1.9 or 1.10 with another 2nd on top if anyone will bite.

I think a lot of people don't realize how common herniated discs are a lot of people have them that don't even know they do and treatment is not necessary for most herniated discs.. I guess we just don't know how bad his is

You absolutely have to trade out in my view, even if the compensation is horrible. At this stage there is literally zero reliably predictable value in the slot, you can see this in how neither Howard nor Williams nor Ross or Hunt father even 40% of the vote. There's no consensus which means that moving down a few slots would almost certainly land you anyone save possibly Howard, and the poll doesn't even mention Njoku who would be my pick if forced to stay at slot. I have 1.7 in an RSO league where I can't move the pick so I'll be stuck as well. If I were you I'd move down to 1.9 for almost anything, but you could probably get more if you pushed the compensation to 1.9 and '19 assets. Trading out is the only choice to me, otherwise if no trading s allowed, Njoku.
