On the clock in round 2 of a startup...

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Who should I take in round 2?

I'm not sure Arob is the best receiver on his own team. I watched many Jags games last year. (self torture).. the more talented receiver on that team looked like the receiver drafted much earlier in the same draft by the Jags. Arob's big season was one of the more primed for regression seasons seen in quite some time. He was bad last season.

I'd go with the 23 year old WR who has put up three consistently very good, increasingly better seasons.

Cooks.

Having Evans as your WR1 and Cooks as your WR2 for the next 7 or so years is such a beautiful way to start a team.

How the heck was Evans available at #6? I have #5 spot drafting for a friend (no kickers so he avoids a team Taco) so maybe there's a hope

Piling on ARob. My second choice would be Ajayi then TY.

QB: Burrow | Prescott
RB: Chubb | Dobbins | Sanders | Edwards-Helaire | Patterson | Edmonds | Henderson | Edwards | Benjamin
WR/TE: Moore | London | Kelce | Cooks | Lockett | Lazard | Parker | Jones

I think we constantly overvalue the age factor, especially at WR. Would definitely go TY if you're tossing between those two. But if you really do care about age AND production, regardless of what you think of Sammy, the kid is 24, has the draft capitol, and when healthy has shown top 5 WR capacity. I'm all in on Sammy this year. I tend to run to places people are running away from though, all about the buy low sell high.

For that reason, it's entirely possible that Sammy will be there in round three. I know at least one other guy ahead of me sees him as a glass cannon. If he is still there, that will probably be too much value for even a scorned former drafter like me to pass up.

@Brandin Cooks: the Pats offense just scares the crap out of me. Bill Belichick just doesn't care about my fantasy team, and the Pats have a long history of doing very unorthodox things with players not named Tom Brady. Like Sammy, if he's there in round 3, that's probably too much to pass up.

I would be shocked if Sammy made it, but if you know he will, I would go for them both.

I'm way more bearish on ARob than most it seems... I'd take TY pretty easily here.
