What is Mike Williams trade value now after the latest news? I'm thinking about making a potential play for him.

I know it probably isn't quite enough value wise but I was thinking of throwing out an offer of like Kamara/Foreman & Adam Theilen. He loves theilen and I know he has needs at RB as well. The other part that I'm considering is that in about 5 weeks I have to drop about 5 players to get down to our in-season roster limits so if I can combine some assets into one future potential asset that works.

If you were the Williams owner, what would you want? or even what would you want on top of Kamara/Foreman & Theilen?

Thats a very solid offer. Kamara is my 1.07 with Williams being the 1.06. You could try Kamara straight up first and see what happens but if you add Theilen I expect the deal to get done.

I feel as though that will be accepted. You are offering the 1.07 to 1.10 (Kamara) plus Foreman (who is all over the place on this forum but mostly a mid 2nd) and Thelien to move up to 1.06...just one way to look at it.

Ya, if that's not accepted I would just hold tight. Williams will be cheaper late in the season and next offseason after a typically unproductive rookie year

Ditto, but it's too late to stop you. His spinal issues are scary for a guy who gets hit for a living. I had 1.06 in our draft and traded for D. Henry as I was scared I would be left with Williams. I don't feel as if his career will be long at all.

I think it's just fine. You got the player you wanted, and I don't view this as a huge overpay to do so.

Thielen had one productive season like a lot of WR's do. And I'm not really that high on Kamara to begin with. Time will tell who this trade benefits and I'd rather win/lose with players I like than ones I don't.

I think Williams has the potential to be the best player in this deal. Good chance he red shirts this season, but as you said you can put him on IR which is a plus
