Id say that Joe has the easiest road to making a immediate impact. The staff has no ties to Hyde and hand picked him for the offense. I think by mid season could begin to see more touches where John needs Shady injured to see consistent touches.

I don't understand why so many people are assuming that a fourth round rookie will usurp Carlos Hyde in his first season. It could happen but I wouldn't bet on it. Joe might not even be the primary back up week one.

Other than not being claimed, anybody have any info on Jonathan Williams' release? I thought for sure he had value and he'd be claimed. I feel like there must be a legal issue that recently came up.
