Selling Marquise Lee, help me make a counter

So I inherited this team (first time doing dynasty) and am in massive rebuild mode (team in sig), and had another team make me an offer of Zach Zenner and Rishard Matthews for Marquise Lee. I thought this was a pretty weak offer, particularly for a rebuilding team, but I figure if he's interested I might as well offer something back. Notables on his team are...

QB: Mariota
RB: Mixon, Fournette, Hyde, Burkhead, Foreman
WR: Cooper, Corey Davis, Kenny Stills, Treadwell, Tyrell Williams, Sammie Coates, Robby Anderson, Curtis Samuel, John Ross.
TE: Hunter Henry, Fiedorowicz, Maxx Williams

I thought about

1) AJ Green + Lee for Cooper. I wonder if I'm giving away too much here, but I'm pretty high on Cooper.
2) Lee + someone, but not sure who (Lacy? Woods?), for Hunter Henry. Again, is this too much?

Thoughts on either of these trades, or any other trade suggestions would be helpful.

I would probably prefer Matthews to Lee, personally

I figured he's older, and will potentially be #3 on the Titans depth chart come the season, while I think Lee passes Hurns for #2 on the Jags.

I don't like the idea of moving AJG and Lee for Cooper. You don't improve your WRs and you actually hurt yourself by giving up Lee in the deal. The problem with your team is you have very few assets to work with and you're going to have a tough time landing a Hunter Henry (for example) without giving up a decent asset. Lee or Woods aren't really getting you much. At least nothing that already has value. Target players that are at "bottom" with an opportunity to gain a lot of value - like Treadwell. I'd start with a Lee for Treadwell straight up offer and see what kind of a reply you get. It's light but more plausible that landing a bigger fish right now.

So you think something like Lee + Woods for Henry is way short?

I thought about Treadwell, but he's looking more and more like a bust. Do you think his upside is worth the risk?

I like Lee and own him in a few places, but it looks like you are valuing him too highly. The Hunter Henry deal is a non-starter if Lee is key to that deal (prob need a late 1st in there). You are probably better off keeping hold of Lee. I understand people taking a chance on a rookie who has never played an NFL snap before, but it is another thing taking a chance on a guy who has 5 TDs in 39 games.

He is 25 and I was hoping I could move him for even younger. But I'm not desperate and will definitely hold if I don't get a good return for him.

IMO Lee is the best WR on the jags. His issue is that he wasn't able to stay healthy enough to be on the field. He was drafted before A Rod, but injuries allowed him and Hurns to pass him on the depth chart. If Lee can stay healthy again like last season I can easily see him taking over WR1 from A Rod. I'm holding Lee in all my leagues.

Rookies will be what 2 maybe 3 years younger that's nothing for a WR. I'd look to acquire some 2018 picks. Can't rebuild if you can't draft new talent

I would keep Lee personally. He will gain a lot of value this year.

You need to trade ajg and probably Lacy once he has a few good games.

If you end up trading with that guy try to get Robbie Anderson thrown in. I think he will also gain value this year.
