They all took over games at certain times in college. None of these players have proven anything at the pro level yet. We're in the business of projecting here. Plus I don't get how so many people are in line to anoint cmc as some superstar in the nfl. He's a white Reggie Bush, and a poor mans Reggie Bush in my opinion. He weighs a solid 202lbs. I can't see him ever being a full-time feature back. He'll break down imo at the pro level. Just my projection though. I like Mixon a lot, but I'm not sure whom I'd take between him and Fourney. I have them as 1a and 1b. I think it world depend on the director of my team. If I was solid most places I'd roll the dice on Mixon, but if not then I'd do the opposite.

You say this as if Fournette does not have upside.

I buy the "Mixon's immense risk argument."

I'd go Fournette without question.

He would need to prove more on that aspect before I could even fathom a push to #1 in this talented group and thats not even factoring in his off the field issues..the risk far outweighs the investment at that price, but call me crazy

Honestly I don't think it was any lack of talent that led to Mixon not being a true bell cow at OU. I think Perine had simply cemented a role there and nobody was going to completely move him to the bench. Mixon got his touches and did plenty with them, so I wouldn't use this as a deterrent... JMO
