Gronk vs. 1.01

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Gronk vs. 1.01

Postby vbbish » Tue Jun 27, 2017 11:56 am

In talks with the owner of pick 1.01.

He asked me about moving gronk for 1.01

This would leave me with Hooper at TE. But I like the value

Thoughts?

I'm a firm believer that Gronk should not be valued as an elite asset any longer and would gladly move him for 1.01.

1.01 easily. You can find cheap replacement options at TE.

I agree I would take 1.1 in this situation, but I think Skip would trade gronk for 5.12 lol

No, I like Gronk plenty. But the days are gone as the runaway #1 TE. He is my #3 and moving down, not up. Far too many red flags for me.

For team 1 in your signature I keep Gronk. In fact I would keep Gronk over the 1.01 in any situation.

Go get the 1.01. Gronk has injury concerns now and that gap he once had above all other tight ends is either no longer there or shrinking more and more.
