Not a terrible return since you aren't going to compete for a year or two at least, but I'd probably want at least 3 firsts for him.

Looks right to me. Gronk should not be valued as an elite asset. This is more than I'd pay for him.
If you can't leave at least a 20% tip, you can't afford to eat out.
