Every league is different when it comes to valuation of QBs in SF. I would expect you would need to offer your 1st and 2nd at a minimum and hope its enough. Agree with Skip, in a SF a mid/late 1st wouldn't be enough for Wentz and I'm not even that high on him.

I am not high on Wentz either, but lets just say he puts up Flacco type numbers.
Thats a great thing to have for the next 10-15 years if thats his floor simply because he wont LOSE you games.. He may not WIN you a lot, but you will know what to expect. IF he blossoms then GREAT even better, but my expectations for Wentz are much lower than most.
With that being said you would need to do your 2018 1st + 2nd + (Player he has a weakness at.. rb = Hyde.. wr = Perriman)
Even with that kind of offer I would reject it.

In tried to get him sending Big Ben and a mid 2nd in a 10 team 2qb league which should give you some idea of his value. I'd say two 1sts would be the minimum value.

Wentz for 1.15 and Prosise.
