Trade Terrelle Pryor, 1.12, 2.12 for 1.06, 2.06?

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Trade Terrelle Pryor, 1.12, 2.12 for 1.06, 2.06?

Postby nerdswag » Mon Jun 26, 2017 10:16 am

For team in sig.

Would likely use pick on Mike Williams since the top 5 off the board were Fournette, McC, Corey Davis, Joe Mixon, and Dalvin Cook.

What do you guys think? I'm still competing for a championship, but always like to stay cognizant of the future.

Would appreciate any responses.

Thanks!

I'd try Pryor and 1.12 for the 1.06 and 2.06. I personally would prefer Williams over Pryor, so I'd take that deal. Your team is competitive, but you don't need Pryor. The upside of Williams and keeping your team strong in the future would be worth it.

I'm staying Put. Pryor isn't THAT old and could really blow up this year.

If you were moving into the top 4-5 I'd say go for it, but I'd hold with the deal you have.

I'd almost prefer putting an Alshon package together, still not sold on him.

I agree with the above. If you like williams that much remove the 2.12 or better yet counter with Pryor and 2.12 for the 1.6. If he's a Pryor believer and came to you he may very well accept which could happen because 1.6 is no mans land.

I'd just hold on to Pryor too. See if he'll do Pryor for 1.06 straight up. Toss in 2.12 if that gets it done, but I'd just keep Pryor otherwise. Once the season is going and Pryor is putting up WR2 type numbers weekly and Williams is playing catch up after missing OTAs with his injury, you could probably get Williams+ at that point.

I traded Pryor for the 1.05 in a league so I could get Cook.
I see Pryor better in the short term over Williams and in the future obviously Williams.. But I think over the next 3 years Pryor out does him.

I agree with Kramer that something like:
Pryor + 2.12
FOR
1.06

is more than fair.
