Because Hopkins is volume dependent and Crabtree puts up better numbers. So that give you a WR that already puts up better numbers, plus the 1.08, plus a WR that has put up WR1 numbers. Granted I dislike Benjamin, but if he started out well this year he could still provide good trade bait.
That was my reasoning for voting Crab and KB.

i gave nuk, received landry and crow.

felt and still do feel like, i lost....but im also a believer that nuk is closer to wr15, than wr5.... so id consider it a "more fair" deal than most. my trade partner and i were in trade talks involving other players aswell, but ultimately decided on this. that certainly played some part in the deal.

in terms of your offer op, i think its reasonable....i would not go any less. i play in some pretty competitive leagues that have been going on for a few years.... a player is only worth what someone will give for him. hopkins may be "worth more" but the reality is that the package may help your team alot more. im in the midst of a few rebuilds, and i will admit that the market for nuk is low. ive had some pretty well respected posters around here tell me that nuk is not worth a top 5 plus a parker/white/moncrief type player. most would tell you that id be selling nuk short if i sold for that.....yet they wont give it if its sitting in their lap.

dont go any lower, but i dont think the return is bad...your just not getting the "best" player in most owners eyes.

While I agree that value is subjective and relies on what you can get, I think what others are leaving out is future value. The package is fair and productive now, but it seems Hopkins's value can rebound significantly with some good games. I side with those who say this is a reasonable price for a young WR who's shown he can do it.
