I'm in total rebuild, other guy is a contender with great top 3 WR an Jason Witten/Njoku as his only TEs.

I've offered Eifert straight up for Parker.

I'd say that is fair depending on how the Parker owner view him, but Eifert could give him a solid line up at each position if he stays healthy.

Im not on the parker hype, your putting a lot of trust in Tannenhill to get him the ball, in what seems to be a run first team.

It's a fair/even offer... but dependent on what the other owner feels about Parker it may not get accepted. Parker seems to be the most polarizing player in terms of value these days.

It's fair but as he might need that TE to go for the title, you might be able to squeeze something extra along with Parker to your side.

I like Eifert, but he seems to make Gronk seem like the picture of health. I'm hoping all the hype surrounding Parker is true and he breaks out. If he's rebuilding and has Njoki he may pass on this.
