Expected Value on A.Rob

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Expected Value on A.Rob

Postby mmass » Thu Jun 22, 2017 9:04 am

Trying to figure out a good market price on A.Rob. Not sure I really want to move him as I fully expect a bounce back, but a trade I made for Evans today makes that spot a little more flexible. Here is the roster

Ryan - Dalton - Flacco - Osewieler - Bridgewater
Hill
Evans - Nuk- A.Rob - Edelman - Cobb - Beasely - J.Matt - M.Jones - Caroo
Brate - Gates - Gresham - James - Watson
Kickers and D meaningless in this situation

1 PPR Starting 2Q 2R 3W 2TE 2Flex 2K 2D

I also have picks 1.02 1.03 1.05

Obviously Wide Receiver Depth is not and Issue. Yet I have no RB's to speak of till the draft. I would love to pick up 1.01 and Lock up a you core of RB's. This is the only reason I have though about moving A.Rob.... I know my value on him is high... just wanting to see where others would put him.

Trade 1.2 if you can't get fournette or try and move up And then take cmc, Mixon or cook and you should be ok.

You might be able to get miller for a high pick as well.

I don't know, I'd just keep the picks...maybe 1.01 goes Fournette (as they should, IMO), and you end up w/ C Davis, Mixon, and Cook. Or they do take Davis, then you get 3 of the top 4 RBs from this draft. Win-win, IMO, without giving up a single asset

He just traded Miller + DJ for Evans + 1.02 so prolly not lol

OP if I were you I would stand pat and just draft BPA in the draft.

If you're looking to trade I would trade the 1.03 or 1.05 for the best RB you can get..
1.03 for Gordon may get done and that would take the risk of hoping one of the rookie RBs work out.

The problem is, you say depth at WR isn't an issues, but it will be if you trade Arob. You have a young team and I'd keep that core of WRs together. Use the draft to get RBs and try to trade for cheaper options at RB using some of your lesser valuable WRs.

Ditto on keeping picks and drafting bpa/rb, losing Arob hurts the wr- will probably get more in season if he returns to 2015 form

How did you pull off getting Evans while keeping Nuk, Arob, and the 1.02,1.03 and 1.05?!?! Keep Arob and draft 3 of Fournette, Mixon, McCaffrey and Cook. I wouldn't pass on Davis if he doesn't go #1 but you for sure get 2 of those guys and you won't be hurting as bad for RBs

My assumption is that furnette goes one I would probably take Mixon Plus mccaffery or Mixon plus Davis at 2 3 and would have to try to take the best remaining tight end available at 5 being that this is a 2 tight end league and I am kind of hurting in that issue.

I just traded Miller away so I really have no interest in Miller but I realize that if I'm tradingg A.Rob for 1.1 then I am just hoping that Davis turned into a Rob.

I guesss standing pat makes the best sense and maybe I can trade one or two of my wide receiver 2s 3s or flexes... for another pick in the you 2 rounds

Just get rid of kickers altogether and switch to an IDP.

if fournette goes 1.......then take Mixon and CMC let the 1.04 decide between Davis and cook.......at 1.05 take the other.....hopefully Cook..then your RB troubles are a lot less.

Not sure I could have traded away DJ..... but I do like Evans as the #1 Dynasty WR

good luck!!
