I'd make the deal and look to flip either jmatt or Crabtree for an upgrade at Rb. Lots of mouths to feed in LA, Gore is on the decline and the pick is unpredictable

This. Plus with the age of your team, you're basically all in for the next 2 years. Use WR depth to get a win now RB.
