Cap is $350 which I'm currently at just from drafting. The cap is $5 or 10%, whichever is higher. So next year he'd be $26.

I'm a fan of Reynolds but that's too much for him even without the ridiculously high% cap$ he's on. I have him in a league with $1000 budget, got him for $22 and I think I overpaid there so with a £350 budget...no way.
The other owner has realised this and is trying to offload him but he'll need to lower his expectations I feel

According to reports Mike Thomas is ahead of him right now for the role that he is competing for and you can probably get him for cheaper. MT has some nice upside as well, could be a sneaky pickup this year.
