Superflex trade

Postby mzkp54 » Sun Jun 11, 2017 3:26 pm

Which side would you rather have in a PPR superflex league? My team is a contender.

Dak Prescott, Demaryius Thomas, Samaje Perine
or
Kirk Cousins, Dez Bryant

Thanks for any thoughts

It's pretty close. If you're contending, I'd take the Kirk size, if not, I'd go Dak.

Strangely enough, for me I'd say it comes down to your belief in Perine and whether he can bridge the perceived gap between Dez and DT. I'm a Cousins believer in fantasy though and don't think Dak will end up being much of an upgrade over him. Cousins is criminally undervalued by many.

This was my initial thought as well.

I prefer the Perine side as I see the other pieces as a wash at best. It's interesting that Dez continues to get valued more than DT even though he hasn't scored more points since 2012. Quick math says that's FOUR straight seasons.

I'm taking Dak/DT/Perine. While I am not a big believer in Dak ever being a top QB for fantasy purposes I prefer DT to Dez and Perine is an added benefit. But I would definitely look to flip Dak after acquiring him.

Kirk and Dez for Dak and DT is a wash so The promising rookie RB is the deal breaker for me. Perine side for me

Dak side for me. Kirk and dez for dak and dt is pretty close in itself and adding perine is the sweetener. Dak is also much younger than Cousins. I tend to think we have seen the best of dez fantasy seasons and DT is a solid wr2

I think I lean the Dak/DT/Perine side even if you're contending. If Dez has a year then you benefit from that with Dak, DT is still the #1 in Denver and if their QB play can improve at all from last year should put up better numbers than Dez. Perine is just icing on the cake as a young upside RB. Don't get me wrong, I love Cousins fantasy value but in a 4 Point per pass TD last year Cousins only scored 22 more total points than Dak. Good luck!
