I would lean towards Zamora or Dede. They have the best short term upside, where you'll know if they are worth hanging onto by the end of preseason. Zamora fits the Mr. Irrelevant lottery ticket dynamic. His talent is good enough that if he can put it together on and off the field, he could be big. If he can't, he could be the next Justin Blackmon.
If you have the space to let a player ride, I may go with the long term upside of Kizer.

Not sure why so few people are mentioning Hansen. The Jets have a very climbable depth chart. He could honestly get to the WR2 or 3 spot within a year, if he has an accelerated rookie year.

All dart throws. Given one QB Kizer will just be a roster clogger for 2017 and can likely pick up on waivers any time you want.
With regards to players to grab, Malone or Zamora for me since if you are going for dart throw, should have highest upside. Won't get any return on either of these guys in 2017, but Zamora could flash enough to be a flip candidate to cash out if you want.
