i am otc in my rookie draft
team 1 below: .25ppc and .5ppr for RBs...1ppr for TEs/WRs....
picks so far
1. fournette
2. mccaffrey
3. davis
4. mixon
5. cook
6. m williams
7. hunt
8. perine
9. ross
10. ME

so do i take howard or kamara here....i have pick 2.2 . i would not be surprised if the 3 TEs go off the board next, but i would guess that kamara will be taken within those picks if i don't take him here

my options
1. howard, then either zay jones (i like him more than juju) or juju...obviously kamara if he is there
2. kamara, then zay jones or one of the TEs (i currently own gronk but i have a trade on the table dealing him, if i choose)
3. trade 2.2 and 2.12 for 1.12 and 5.01 and grab both kamara and howard....
4. take howard, then at 2.2 take jo williams or foreman, then BPA at 2.12

i don't know if i need howard, but he is obviously the BPA at this point

Is that trade on the table or are you just throwing ideas on the table? If you really want Kamara I would do that trade and grab both. Go with your guys if the cost is just a late 2nd round pick.

I'd rather make that trade and land both. Having said that, after the top 6 it appears that that drafts become very unpredictable...meaning, there have been a ton of surprise picks to people as everyone is valuing players differently. So, taking your BPA at 1.10 and 2.2 may net you the same guys you would take if you traded for 1.12.

you are not kidding, every draft is different for sure...
i doubt that kamara will make it back to me...on the other hand, i also doubt that howard will make it back to me..
the question for me is whether these 2 picks are significantly better...enough enough to drop from 2.12 to 5.09?

Howard at 1.10 is pretty sweet, but I understand if you feel you don't need the TE. (I have Kelce so I'm not super-excited about TE either.)

the first involved i would guess to be top 3 (though he did earn pick 6 last season

i give: gronk and 6.09
i get: cook (TE), 2.06, 2018 1st, 2018 2nd (mid/late)

so if i made that trade, i would need the TE
we can start 2 TEs, but doubt that a first year TE would be consistent

i know that is what i should do, but i think...in a ppc league...i have to get kamara...
my RBs are weak, i own AP and the saints traded a 2nd round pick to move up to get him

It sounds like Howard and Kamara are the two you want, so why not do option 3 and get both of your guys?
