I'll play devil's advocate here, as someone who just sold him in a rebuild for an 18 1st (probably mid, but I hate projecting this far out). Crowell is a gamescript-dependent, mostly two-down RB who the Browns have very little money/draft capital invested in. Duke may not be his longterm replacement, but he also caps Crowell's ceiling and gives him an extremely low weekly floor. If you're competing this year, and have the depth to sit him when gameflow is unlikely favor the Browns, then you should pay 1.9 for him. If you're rebuilding or need a more consistent option for PPR, then you should sell him for something similar. I've heard on this board that 1.6 is the sticky point for selling him, but I haven't seen anybody pay that much.
