Miller's value may be higher but, having to start only one RB and 3 WRs I would hold Tate. However, Miller could be your AP replacement. Take the value of Miller and trade AP to a truther

Miller easily for me. Also don't worry about his team, you trade to help your team. If a trade does that I don't care what it does to the other team.
