Team direction

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Team direction

Postby Dougiefresh37 » Wed May 24, 2017 5:59 pm

This is mainly for team 2 in my Sig. I love my core and I was in the final last year but made the wrong decision and it cost me. Ah well. I plan on starting luck, Ingram, Miller, Evans, ty, green, ertz and a flex from week to week. I have 1.5 where I plan on taking Corey Davis or one of the top 4 tbs and bpa at 11. Another owner asked about green. I'm not keen on trading him based on the fact that I am a title contender. Am I making a mistake not considering it? He has 1.7, Perriman, Freeman, McCoy, David Johnson, Perriman, Antonio brown. I doubt he would trade those guys, but short of getting Johnson or brown I think this is not a good move for me.

Thanks

You can always ask him to make you an offer and see what it would be.

Saints have shown, over and over, and over, and over .. that they really don't like Ingram.

Miller usage will go down with the addition of Foreman sooner than later ..

1.5 you may get a shot at RB, ie.. Mixon, if not maybe you get Corey Davis .. Fournette, McCaffery, Mixon, Cook, ... the 1.11 I'd consider Foreman, especially if Davis falls to you...

Guess I'm worried about your RB postion, I do not see a clear RB1 you can plug and play and forget about ... so I'd hedge my bets, with either Kamara (Ingram), or cheaper option might be getting AD ...

I'd consider Foreman, to hedge my position with the Texas backfield, with either QB they will have to lean on the run ..

... and no the ninja that is AJ Green, wouldn't be going anywhere if it was my team..

Ask him if he's open to trading those two players. Also can't hurt to listen to an offer. He might just give you something you can't refuse. Worst case you say no.

I'm not crazy about my backs either but unless the guy wants to give me dj for green I'd be smart to stay put. I think I can be ok. I have gore and sproles who I could start in a pinch. I am more confident in Miller than most and don't buy the foreman hype quite yet. I think a back will fall to 1.5 and take bpa at 1.11.

All about prices and what that owner will offer you.
On paper your roster is strong, but i see weakness at RB with the concerns others have said above about Ingram and Miller and Ertz IMO is not a difference maker at TE at all and overvalued if you ask me
