If this is for the 16 team startup, I am voting "other".

I can see that. ;) I'd rather have Blount or Mack than either option you gave me if you feel you need to go RB. I'd probably take Golden Tate or Jordan Matthews, however, as I like both a lot more than any RB options you have at all.

Yeah I plan on looking at Golden, Crowder with my first pick, then flip around and look at an RB.

I'd rather Powell over all those options, but I might choose Duke next. Powell has the clearest path to bellcow workload.

My main concern with Crowder is there are now 2 better WRs on that team in Pryor and Doctson. I could say the same about Matthews with the addition of Jeffery, but Matthews NEEDS a WR1 on the other side so he can play the #2 role. Tate is the best choice as outside of Marvin Jones there is no competition for targets.

Actually, Blount should have the clearest path. The Jets are an abysmal football team and a time share with Forte.

A lot of Powell hype recently. I'd rather have Monty.

Give me 24 year old Ty over 28 year old Powell even if there wasn't an age difference.

Give me Montgomery... The age difference is certainly a factor but TM is also just learning the position. His arrow is pointing up. I believe he ran for over 5yds/carry last year with a similar yards after contact stat. Word out of OTA's is that he's gained 4-5lbs to his already muscular body and now looks absolutely "jacked." He also admitted yesterday that he didn't know a lot about the position last year and was playing on instinct. Quote below...
"I was running a lot on instincts. I knew where I was supposed to be going, but it was instinct," Montgomery said. "Now, I know techniques. I know rotations and linebacker positions, and fronts and understanding gap rules and what the defense is supposed to be doing. Now when I get out there, I know my reads and my aiming points and I can just add that to my instincts. I'm excited to do that."

Sure GB added 3 backs in the draft, but there was also zero depth on the roster so the move makes sense. I'm not worried about TM losing his opportunity to a rookie other than normal 2nd back duties for GB who usually get 5-6 touches per game.

Interesting, I prefer Powell but would take Ty given that he has more trade value.

This is the same rationale users had in their defense of Rawls a year ago.
