Can I Compete in 2017?

So i took over this team over the off-season it is 14 Team League I was just wondering if i have a chance of competing this I did have the 1.07 that i traded away because i didn't like who was going to be available at that spot. I've made two trades during the offseason

Trade 1-TJ Yeldon for Chris Conley and 3.01, I like this move even more since KC drafted Mahomes
Trade 2-1.07 and 2018 1st, 3.07 for Tevin Coleman and Ty Montgomery and 3.12 (I Shouldn't have done the pick swap but it is what is)
Draft-2.07-Cooper Kupp 3.01-Deshaun Watson 3.03-James Conner 3.12-Chad Hansen 4.07-Isiah Ford

Now with the moves I've made do i have chance to compete this year? I think so but i would like you guys Opinion Thanks!

I don't think you're quite ready to compete yet. You need to improve your RBs and need better WR2/3s. QB and TEs are fine.

I don't think you can compete either. Your RBs and WR depth is concerning. I don't love your QB situation because I think Carr will just be a borderline QB1 for the next few years especially in a 14-teamer. I personally would rather have the sides of the deals that you gave rather than the ones you received, but they aren't terrible value. Draft looks good for the picks you kept, good work there.

You really don't think Carr will be a QB1 really? He was the 5th best QB under the Leagues scoring settings. Well I think WR is a little bit shaky, but if Maclin bounces back and Britt has a similar year as last year then i should would be alight I was think Ginn could be sneaky play, This league does count Return Yardage and TD's. I do agree that my depth isn't the best, but if i can avoid injuries i could be fine. I mean this team did make the playoffs last year, I don't think i got worst, but i could see where you guys are coming from. I hope i don't do that bad since i gave my 2018 1st away

So i should have kept Yeldon which i traded before the draft the Jags drafted Fournette and he only has 3rd down role upside, plus i didn't like him. I guess i just have to see how the season unfolds.

I actually like the trades.

That being said, I think that you can compete... for a playoff spot. But, a lot will have to go right for you to be a championship contender this year.

I like the first trade but not the second. Giving up two 1st round picks for two RB's that might not even start for their teams just doesn't make sense. You basically need your average guys to play well above their heads to compete. Not impossible, but that's a lot to ask. You truly have one stud in Brown. I've seen worse teams win Championships so you never know, however I don't see it right now.
