Super Flex QBs Value

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Super Flex QBs Value

Postby bigbuck22 » Tue May 23, 2017 4:03 pm

Trying to gauge the value of a couple of QBs in a super flex as I wouldn't mind upgrading from Tannehill. What would i need to give for guys like Brees, Brady or a younger option like Mariota?
12 Team Superflex; RB: .25PPC, 1PPR, WR: 1.25PPR, TE:1.5PPR
Start (10) 1QB, 1RB, 2WR, 1TE, 1Superflex, 4FLEX

QB: Watson, Tagovailoa Garopollo, Minshew, J Hall, Winston, S Bennett, T Hill
RB: Hall, Walker, A Jones, K Miller, Ford, Spiller, Tucker
WR: Chase, Lamb, AJ Brown, Aiyuk Ridley, Palmer, Iosivas, RJarrett
TE: McBride, , Engram, Kraft, Otton, Oliver

You would need to add a whole lot (multiple 1sts in my opinion) to go from Tanny to Mariota. Brees and Brady should be cheaper, but I'd still want a 1st on top of Tanny to move either of those guys.

Brees and Brady should be around 1 for 1. For Mariota you will have to add a significant piece.
12 Team (2014 Champ, 2016 2nd, 2021 Champ) 1.0 PPR, 1.5 TE, Superflex, Start 9, 1-2 QB, 2-4 RB, 3-4 WR, 1-3 TE

QB - J. Hurts, M. Stafford, K. Cousins
RB - S. Barkley, D. Cook, E. Elliot, T. Pollard, A. Mattison
WR - D. Adams, DK Metcalf, A. Cooper, C. Ridley, R. Anderson, C. Davis, J. Jones
TE - M. Andrews, G. Kittle, M. Cox

I'd rather have the Carr side. Carr is worth a lot more than Tannehill, and even though Gronk is worth a lot more than Walker, QBs hold much more value in SF.

Without it being TE premium this isnt close to me. I am a guy who has Luck and Dak in a SF and would never accept that even in a TE premium if I then have to rely on Tannehill as my QB2. If Carr was my qb3 and Tannehill would be my QB3 I think I would still pass.

            Tannehill is dead to me.

I doubt the Carr owner would ever do a trade in a superflex league with Gronk at the main piece he's getting back. I would want multiple 1sts added and have established QB depth already in order to consider this offer. Tannehill is very very meh.
