Cobb because of the QB situation, Jordy aging, and lack of traditional run game. Plus ARod just slings TDs. I like Shepard a lot though.

Cobb slightly because he could easily do what Adams did last year, but I could see value going the other way also.

If Shepard hadn't taken such a large hit in value over the summer with the editions of Marshall and Engram I would pick him. On value I have to go Cobb here.
