Get: 2018 first
The defending champ in my league wants a guy at 2.03 and would be willing to give up his 2018 first for it, but only if I throw in Mike Floyd. 2.03 seems like a really good spot to be in the draft, but then again I'd be netting my sixth 2018 first.
Thoughts on this trade?

doesn't seem like you should have to give up more (even if floyd) to wait a full year for a player

I guess wait till you're on the clock to make sure someone you really like doesn't fall (I've been seeing a lot of crazy stuff posted here recently with people's drafts). As for Floyd, he shouldn't make a difference either way.

Would lean towards accepting, but depends on the other guy's team. If he's the "Oh my god, there's no way he's losing a game this year" type of defending champ, then I could see you keeping the pick if you like this draft better than 2018.
