What to do with this team

For team in sig, I'm trying to choose a path to take for rebuilding this team, starting with this draft. I have the 1.01, 1.04, 1.09 and a couple late 2nds. I'm torn who to take at #1. Fournette has been my guy since before I took over this team. I love his game and think he truly is a generational talent; however, I feel like the smart play here might be to go with Davis. I'd love to take Davis at 1 and Mixon at 4, but I don't think Mixon will fall to me, and I'm not a fan of McCaffrey.

So I have a few thoughts on possible trades to move up or move back.

1. Trade 1.01 for 1.02 and 2.02
2. Trade 1.09, 2.09, and 2.11 for 1.03
3. Trade 1.09 and a 2018 1st for 1.02 or 1.03

Which, if any, of these trades would you pursue; which aren't close; and what other trade suggestions do you have.

I'd also love to hear any comments on what to do with some of the guys on my bench to clear space for these rookies.

I'd do trades 1&2 if you can ASAP, you get to pick up an early second to move back one spot, then you package back half firsts for a top tier talent?? Yes please! Maybe you can squeeze a bit more for the 1.1-1.2 move. And if you get 2&3 you can trade 4 for a proven player and see if anyone has rookie fever

1. Trade 1.01 for 1.02 and 2.02.
Solid plan you'll still get Fournette or Davis and pick up an extra pick.
2. Trade 1.09, 2.09, and 2.11 for 1.03
I don't think this will even be considered. You need to add much more.
3. Trade 1.09 and a 2018 1st for 1.02 or 1.03
Same as above this won't get it done I don't think. Closer than the last one though.

I'd do trades 1 and 2 (although 2 won't happen). I wouldn't do trade 3 as that is projected to be an early pick. You can afford to wait on those. With pick 2, I'd grab whoever falls between Fournette and Davis. With pick 3, I'd grab Mixon as you don't need instant production and can wait a year or two and gamble on his upside.
