So I have picks 7, 8, 10, and 15 in this draft...

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

My league is a 1.0 PPR league with 1.5 PPR for TEs and an added bump on yards receiving.

I am a decent, mid-pack team, but I also think I have enough to win it all if things go right.

I can start two TEs, so I am very excited about what I could get at 1.07 and 1.08 in my 14-team league. I might trade out of 1.10 and get a first next year plus a second if offered. Unsure what would be there and I want to get LBs and QB in the second round.

I also don't think trading up this year considering where I sit and what I need.

Thoughts?

TE premium makes your decision easier. Seems like you have a good plan. Just be ready to pounce if the other teams take TE earlier and that top tier falls to you. Be patient and see how your draft plays out before looking to move out.

I agree you are in a good spot. It might make sense to try to trade up and get into the 1.05-1.06 range just in case someone takes Howard and one of the other top 6 drop to you. Other than that, you're in a good position to get s lot of depth.
