Considering landing spot surprises, is this the current value of the 1.01?
(Should have sold this pick when I had better offers).

I think it is fair. I would think of it as LF or Mixon/another possible starting RB. I would try for another 2nd next year. But if LF is your guy, dont do it. I personally would keep the pick here, but your question is....is it fair.
here is the first post draft mock on another thread

If Njoku slides there it might be fair but I think that's a risk. If I had to pick between Mack, Samuel, the Williams boys, Foreman I would rather keep the 1.01 since I don't really like any of those options that much. Now if you have a good sense of who would be taken at 1.01 and 1.02 and really like the option at 1.03 (ie. he was your top player) then I say do it for sure.

This. Getting to choose who you want vs who falls is not worth the 2.03.

I'd say the 1.01 is worth more now then before the draft. Fournette and Davis landed in good position, everyone else's situation is a little cloudy.

I think it's fair but fair isn't good enough if someone wants to get first choice of "their guy".

As an owner of 1.1, I'm not looking for a fair deal. I'm trying to get a lopsided deal or I'm keeping the pick. I'm totally good with selecting LF if someone isn't willing to overpay for the spot.

WR- Deandre Hopkins, Antonio Brown, Ty Hill, E. St. Brown

RB- Kareem Hunt, M. Gordon, M Breida
WR- Stefan Diggs, Larry Fitz, C. Ridley, DJ Moore, J Brown, J Ross
TE- Olsen, Hurst, I. Thomas
K- J Tucker

Absolutely agree with this especially if 1.01 was "earned".

This. I just moved from 1.1 to 1.3 and only did so because I felt like the offer was an overpay.

That's the kind of 1.01 deal I'm looking for...would easily move on such an offer
