I'd keep the picks, by the looks of your team, one of those '18 1sts is going to be early. I wouldn't give three top 3 picks plus an additional first for anyone.

Given your roster, there is no way I would trade for Evans. You're trading away 4 good pieces (I assume 1 of the 2018 1st will be early) for 1 player. But then you wouldn't have many assets left in the rest of your roster or 1st round picks the next 2 years to build your team.
